A four metre tall installation of transparent sonic crystals absorbs the City’s traffic noise and transforms it into music. Creating an extraordinary refractive outline next to St Paul’s Cathedral, the Organ of Corti is an interactive sound artwork for all ages to explore. Liminal, creators and winners of the PRS for Music Foundation’s New Music Award 2010, present its very first outing for the Festival.  It then travels the country.
