A modern take on the Roman amphitheatre in the heart of the City's financial district, this pedestrianised part of Broadgate is located on the original site of Broad Street station (closed in 1986) and beside and above the railway approaches into Liverpool Street station. During winter the Circle becomes an ice-skating rink and is filled with markets and a variety of arts events through the year.
